Our professional staff has an average of more than twenty (35) years experience in surveying, engineering design and construction, supervision for streets, roads, storm drainage, water distribution, sanitary sewerage collection systems, pump stations and force mains, commercial design, residential single family & townhouse design, alta surveys, physical surveys, site planning, construction stake out, house stake outs and FEMA flood certifications, CBPA site plans, rezoning and BZA assistance. Our staff has a long working relationship, as well as pleasant, with the governing agencies with all Hampton Road cities.

 Wilma Sirine - President of John E. Sirine & Associates, Ltd. November 2005 to present. Duties include responsible charge of all accounting, purchasing, banking, personnel, and administrative duties.
 Kenton B. Patrick - Registered Professional Engineer and Registered Professional Land Surveyor with over 35 years experience in private practice providing general civil engineering.
 Craig H. Taylor - Graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology. Over 15 years experience in storm drainage, storm water management, water & sewer extensions, street & highway design, earthwork quantities, cost estimations & general civil design.
 Jeffrey D. Williams - Graduate of VPI. Over 25 years experience in all types of land surveying. Registered Professional Surveyor. Co-ordinates office and field surveying operations.
 Paul E. Garrett - Over 40 years experience in surveying & land planning. Conducted and managed land use studies for single & multi-unit residential developments, major shopping centers and commercial developments. Registered as a Professional Land Surveyor in Virginia and North Carolina.
 Elizabeth L. Keane - Over 16 years experience. Graduate of University of Connecticut. Formerly a Lt. in computer section of NOAA. Responsible for researching, client contact and job preparation for numerous civil projects, to include supervision of CADD.
 Jodi Sirine McCoy - Graduate of  National Institute of Technology  for the Deaf in Rochester, N.Y. Over 17 years in CADD design and drafting. Responsible for numerous engineering projects and project management.
 Stephen Corlew - Graduate of ITT Technical Institute with over 10 years experience. Cadd skills include Auto Cad, Auto Cad light, Auto Cad Architectural, Scanning and vector conversion for all surveying and engineers.
Jake Whedbee - Registered Professional Land Surveyor.  Over 35 years experience in all types of land surveying.  Co-ordinates office and field operations.
 
Nancy McIntyre - Engineering Manager - VA Tech graduate; licensed Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor; 20 years private practice  in commercial and residential engineering design, project management and surveying; over 5 years public practice in charge of plan review in Virginia Beach Development Services Center.
Peter James - 23 years experience in drafting and design.  Engineering technician.  Cadd
certified from T.C.C.
 
 Donna Childers - 30 years experience. Chief Librarian for the many files, plats, and records as well as project managing physical survey and plan dept.
 
Mark McCorkle - Thirty years experience in all phases and disciplines of industrial, commercial, and residential construction. Proven manager with superior skills in project management, company ownership, corporate partnerships, employee management, work assignment scheduling, employee development, and workforce motivation.
 Deborah Kopicki - Thirty (30) years experience, nine (9) years with John E. Sirine & Associates, Ltd. Two (2) years of college at Tidewater Community. Responsible for Client contact, administrative & secretarial duties, and for purchasing of supplies for the company.
 
 Phil T. McCoy -  Graduate of Model Secondary School in Washington D.C.  Responsible for maintenance, printing and deliveries.
Cheryl Campbell - Responsible for researching, printing, deliveries, filing and assist with answering of the telephone.
