Sirine and Associates, Ltd., is a surveying and
consulting Engineering firm specializing in the practice
of Civil Engineering design, and related inspections and
investigations. The firm was established in 1968, by
John E. Sirine L.S. to serve Municipal, State and
Federal government agencies, Architectural firms and
Land Developers throughout the Greater Hampton Roads
area.
We
are staffed with highly qualified and experienced people
making use of a vast array of technical equipment. We
handle all the Surveying, Engineering and Planning works
necessary to present our clients with the best solutions
to their problems of Land Development, road repair and
construction or any other general Civil Engineering
or Surveying services. Our professional staff
has over 35 years of
experience in Engineering Design and construction
supervision for streets, roads, storm drainage, water
distribution, sanitary sewage collection systems, pump
stations, force mains, sanitary sewer rehabilitation or
repair and airfield pavements.
Our Survey
departments consist of 4 survey parties, which are fully
equipped with the most modern instruments and led by
experienced registered party chiefs. The equipment
consist of Transits, theodolites, self leveling levels,
electronic distance measuring devices and radio equipped
vehicles.

Sirine and Associates, Ltd. has completed several
Indefinite Quantity Contracts of both Civil Engineering
and Land Surveying
services for the Atlantic Division,
Naval Facilities Engineering Command and the Norfolk
District Army Corps of Engineers. We have prepared
contract documents, provided construction management and
services on several projects for Hampton Roads
Sanitation District. Our record with these agencies
attest to our technical competence and ability to
perform high quality design services and within budget.
